It probably goes without saying, but the team at 3Birds Template loves Kia models. Whether you're looking for something affordable, something stylish, or something reliable, there's a Kia model that's sure to keep you satisfied. So it comes as no surprise to us that at AutoPacific’s 2017 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards (VSA), three different Kia models came out on top (one for the second year in a row).
What are the VSAs?
The AutoPacific VSAs are a way to measure auto customer satisfaction across the US. The awards are based on more than 54,000 responses from owners of 2016 and 2017 models purchased between September and December 2016 and cover 49 different aspects of the vehicle satisfaction, ranging from fuel economy and performance to how comfortable the seats are.
Which Kia models did well?
This year, the 2016/2017 Cadenza, the 2017 Sportage, and the 2016 Optima took home the title of "segment winner" for the midsize car, large car, and compact crossover SUV categories, respectively. Even more impressive, this was the second year in a row that the Optima received this award. As Orth Hedrick, vice president of product planning, Kia Motors America, said, "As a two-time winner, Optima illustrates that if you buy a Kia, you are going to love it. With Cadenza and Sportage also winning their categories, Kia is delivering what buyers are looking for in any size of vehicle."
We couldn't agree more.
