At 3Birds Template, we strive to be as honest and truthful to our customers as humanly possible. So when we say we are looking forward to the all-new Lincoln Continental, know that is a vast understatement.
Following the Continental concept that debuted last year at the 2015 New York Auto, the production Lincoln Continental, which was recently on display in all its glory at the 2016 Detroit Motor Show, promises to usher in a new era for the Lincoln brand.
This new era will focus on many things but at its core is a desire to deliver an elegant and effortlessly powerful fullsize sedan, one that doesn’t seek to replicate what European brands have to offer but rather evolve the luxury space by striving for even higher standards of excellence.
For the all-new Continental, that experience begins under the hood, courtesy of a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 that produces up to 400 horsepower. Power isn’t the vehicle’s only draw, though. Touches like exterior ambient lighting that activates upon approaching the vehicle and hidden electric door handles show the great steps Lincoln has taken to ensure the little details featured on the all-new Continental add up to something truly special.
Despite its size, the new Continental is incredibly agile. It boasts a three-mode suspension and steering system, torque vectoring, adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera system, and collision assist with pedestrian detection to ensure your journey is filled with an unprecedented level of safety.
But what of convenience you ask? The all-new Lincoln Continental offers such amenities as 30-way adjustable front seats. Passengers in the rear of the cabin will also feel pampered thanks in no small part to the Continental’s reclining, massaging, and climate-controlled rear seats. And all parties will surely appreciate the Continental’s Revel® audio system complete with active noise cancellation.
The 2017 Lincoln Continental is due to arrive this fall. For more information on this and other Lincoln vehicles, contact or visit us at 3Birds Template today.
