Porsche Cars North America, Inc. now offers customers a new fine dining experience at the Porsche Experience Center and headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. The “Restaurant 356” is situated in the $100 million complex, offering diners expansive views of the renowned 1.6-mile driver development track.
The restaurant menu will feature international flavors, honoring the city’s diverse makeup, and guests will dine in elegant surroundings featuring contemporary décor. The seasonal dishes will be prepared with locally farmed and foraged ingredients and paired with wines from a vast global selection.
Restaurant 356, located on the second floor of the Porsche Experience Center, will be run by Executive Chef Kyle Forson, the former Executive Sous Chef at The Spence. Forson is known for preparing hand-crafted dishes composed of high-quality seasonal ingredients. His culinary repertoire is built on his own Polish heritage and his experience with French, Californian, and Southern cuisine, but he says the menu at 356 will not focus on any one type of food. He explains, “I want guests to enjoy food that enhances the Porsche experience and fuses it with a sense of place.”
Restaurant 356 is open to the public Thursday through Saturday for dinner, and can be booked for private corporate luncheons Tuesday through Friday. Reservations can be made by visiting the website or via OpenTable. The restaurant also provides catering services and can be booked for events.
Visitors to the Porsche Experience Center will also enjoy our classic car gallery, restoration center, human performance center, and driving simulator lab. The 13,000 square foot state-of-the-art business center features conference and event space.
More than 30,000 visitors are expected each year. 3Birds Template hopes you will be one of them, and be able to enjoy the unique experience. To learn more, please call, contact us online, or stop by the dealership today.
