Editors at Kelley Blue Book have named the Nissan Versa Note to their annual “10 Best Back to School Cars of 2015" list, and we couldn’t be more excited about it. To be considered for the list, cars had to be practical, functional, safe, and affordable, all at a price of around $20,000 or less, which describes Nissan entry-level hatchback to a T.
And the Back-to-School list wasn’t the only KBB.com to feature the Versa Note, either. It also placed on their 10 Tech-Savviest Cars Under $20,000" (2015) and "10 Coolest Cars Under $18,000" (2014) lists. But what makes the Versa Note so great? Let’s ask Fred Diaz, senior vice president, Sales & Marketing and Operations, U.S.A., Nissan North America, Inc.
“Versa Note has a great combination of an affordable starting price, excellent fuel economy and long list of available safety and security features, combined with a sporty style and one of the roomiest interiors in the segment.” At the lowest trim level, the Versa Note S starts off at $14,180 and moves all the way up to $18,660 with the SL.
All sorts of features are available with the Versa Note, including Nissan Intelligent Key®, heated front seats, and the Around View® Monitor. The last should be of note for anyone that has to do a lot of parallel parking (like students), as it offers the driver both front and rear-view camera angles, making tricking parking maneuvers a breeze.
Although Kelley Blue Book lists the Nissan Versa Note as especially great for students, there’s no reason you won’t find this practical, safe, and affordable vehicle the perfect fit for you and your life.
