If you’ve been waiting for the new MINI Clubman -- what the brand dubs as the most spacious and versatile MINI ever built -- we have some good news. MINI USA announced that the redesigned, all-new 2016 Clubman will start at $24,100* for the Cooper Model. Cooper S models will start at $27,650.*

There’s a lot of excitement building around the new Clubman, and for good reason. The 2016 Clubman is the first MINI to enter the compact premium segment. Its dimensions are larger than any other MINI on the road, and offers signature MINI styling, premium quality, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Adding to the 2016 Clubman’s premium quality are BMW Group-developed three- and four-cylinder MINI TwinPower Turbo Technology engines. Like all MINI models and trims, the new Clubman will come with a standard and efficient six-speed manual transmission. Alternatively, Cooper S models can be had with available 8-Speed automatic or 8-Speed sport automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

The 8-speed sport automatic transmission with paddle shifters is particularly impressive; it’s a first for MINI and a rarity in the segment.

As you’ve come to expect, the new Clubman will come with a wide array of standard features ad equipment, including:

  • Six-speed manual transmission with rev-matching function
  • MINI Connected infotainment system with 6.5-inch high-resolution display, third-party app support, Bluetooth® audio streaming, and voice control
  • Leather-wrapped three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and gearshift lever
  • Dual-zone automatic climate control
  • Rain-sensing windshield wipers
  • Keyless ignition
  • 12-color ambient interior lighting
  • 60/40 split-folding rear seats
  • 16” forged alloy wheels in “Loop Spoke” design
  • Carbon Black leatherette upholstery
  • MINI Driving modes with Green, Mid, and Sport settings
  • Automatic headlights

The 2016 MINI Clubman can also be customized in a number of ways with various options and bundled packages available a la carte.  These include a Sport Package with 17-inch alloys, LED headlights and taillights, and Sports seats, as well as a premium package with Dual-pane panoramic sunroof, 12-speaker, 410-watt harman/kardon® audio system, to name a few.
