Imagine you're in the market for a car. You've been doing your research, you find it at a dealership, and you're ready to buy. Anyone in that situation would be pretty happy, right? But if the buying process takes too long, even after finding exactly what you're looking for, you'll feel less than satisfied. That's why Infiniti has launched the ICAR-X (Infiniti Client Acquisition and Retention Experience) app.

Available for both Android and Apple devices, the ICAR-X app streamlines the car-buying process, eliminating inefficiencies and improving wait times for Infiniti customers like you. And that process begins with client information. When you enter your data (either online or at an Infiniti retailer), it gets stored in the ICAR-X system. This way, if you go to another store, the dealership already knows what you're interested in.

When it comes to vehicle selection, the app allows you to see what vehicles a dealership has in stock, as well as what features those vehicles have, making selecting one to test-drive as easy as pointing a finger.

Once you've selected your vehicle, you can enter your credit application and review financing and leasing options through ICAR-X. As financing is finalized, you get to select which features you'd like to highlight on your final walk-around the vehicle, which helps prevent sales consultants from covering features you're already familiar with.

Finally, you can use the ICAR-X app to enroll in an online portal to set up your Infiniti Connection™ and Infiniti Personal Assistant™ (IPA) accounts. The app is also how Infiniti sales consultants will set up your first service appointments.
