The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show may be over, but the team at 3Birds Template is still celebrating. The Ford Mustang, Focus, and F-Series were awarded the Hottest Coupe, Hottest Hatch, and Hottest Truck of this year’s show.

And to make this recognition even sweeter, Ford did something no other automobile manufacturer has been able to do. Last year’s show marked the first time that any brand won three SEMA awards, and this year marks the first time that any manufacturer has repeated the accomplishment.

Ford is a great partner with the specialty equipment market, and the Mustang, Focus and F-Series trucks are terrific platforms for customization. Through collaboration with Ford, the aftermarket industry has been able to provide consumers with countless products and options on ways to personalize their vehicles.
Chris Kersting, SEMA  President  and CEO

The Ford Mustang went home with its fifth consecutive SEMA award, proving its continued popularity among car owners who enjoy customizing their vehicles.

The Ford F-Series is also a fantastic vehicle for customization, as evidenced by its being named the Hottest Truck six out of the past seven years, while the Ford Focus has taken the aftermarket crowd by storm in recent years. The Focus earned its first SEMA award last year in the Sport-Compact category, and now the RS model is taking over as the Hottest Hatch of the show.

Again, Ford had the largest presence at this year’s SEMA Show, displaying over fifty vehicles and showcasing a variety of customized builds.
