Cadillac has an excellent program that is geared toward addressing all of your specific vehicle's needs. Premium Care Maintenance, which comes standard with all 2011 and newer Cadillac vehicles, provides peace of mind by covering select maintenance services. 2017 and newer Cadillac vehicles, with the exception of the 2017 Cadillac XT5, are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles.1 The 2017 Cadillac XT5 and all 2011-2016 Cadillac vehicles are covered for 4 years or 50,000 miles.1 Even better, the Premium Care Maintenance program is fully transferable.
Premium Care Maintenance covers select maintenance services, including:
- Oil changes based on your vehicle’s oil life monitor system
- Tire rotation every 7,500 miles
- Engine air cleaner filter replacement (included with the ATS-V, 2017 XT5, and 2011-2016 Cadillac vehicles)
- Passenger compartment air filter replacement
- Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections (MPVI)
Your Cadillac vehicle also comes with twelve months of the OnStar® Guidance Plan with OnStar Advanced Diagnostics.2 This plan will automatically send you email updates every month with the results of hundreds of checks on your engine, anti-lock brakes, and other key systems. You can also receive email updates about precisely when to change your oil or put air in your tires. If you'd like more regular updates, simply press the OnStar® button in your vehicle, and an Advisor will run a check while you're driving.
Additionally, when it's time for your Cadillac to receive Premium Care Maintenance or other services, OnStar®3 can send a Dealer Maintenance Notification to 3Birds Template.4 We will then contact you to set up an appointment. It's as simple and painless as that!
